We make phone calls and send personalized emails to prospects to generate interest. We have conversations and qualify accounts to make sure they are a fit for our clients. We will nurture prospects until they have a need and are ready to meet with our clients. At that point, we will make an introduction between the two parties and turn over the relationship.

Job Description:

We are looking for an attentive, data-driven individual to join our lead generation team where we contact business to business prospects for our clients, qualify them, and set an appointment for our client to attend.

The ideal candidate needs to be customer service oriented with a desire to be helpful and must be able to understand the products and services offered by our clients. Candidates need to have strong general computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.  Experience with is a plus.


The Sales Development Rep (SDR) is responsible for making business to business contact with prospects via telephone and email. The goal of the contact is to verify the qualification criteria established by our clients, navigate to the decision makers and obtain an appointment for our client’s sales teams.

Role: Inbound Marketing Specialist

Location: West Bend, WI
Class: Full Time – Entry-Level

Job Description: 

  • Process and distribute inbound leads to regional sales teams
  • Research and identify appropriate contacts for marketing purposes and update accounts in a database
  • Launch qualified leads in various CRM instances
  • Evaluate and categorize prospects by industry/vertical and identify sales potential
  • Navigate lists of data to determine
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Inside Sales Teams on one-off campaigns
  • Assist the Data Team when necessary to help support data enrichment campaigns
  • Support the Demand Generation team on various tasks and projects


  • Can navigate Microsoft Office products with ease
  • Has a strong attention to detail and can follow a process
  • Is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • A strong interest to grow into a role with increasing responsibilities
